Corporate Innovation done right! With Lean Innovation, I apply both the core tools and my experience of launching and building UQBATE for more than 10 years to innovating how corporates innovate, and ftonoster digital transformation in a customer centric fashion. Key learning: if you want to innovate, you have to empower your innovators in the first place!Lean Innovation supports innovators and trailblazers to realize ideas, executes management decisions fast to become customer focused, brave and optimistic. Doing so, I support corporate executives and project owners to find their individual angle to reach their goals - through coaching, giving expert advice and via establishing new connections. It is my mission to help change Corporate Innovation forever via implementing new innovation management instruments with a true entrepreneurial DNA. Even though - or because - it’s counterintuitive for Corporates to hand over decision making power to the subordinate individuals, I know that their accountability, tech-savyness and customer obsession must be heart and center to decision making, even by changing overarching strategic guidlines. Because we don’t know what we don’t know, both companies and economies as a whole must intentionally create surprising results to eventually overturning the present strategic ‘truth’. My vision is to get this done in an open, cross-company ecosystem which is well connected with science- and startup communities around the globe.

ABOUT JOHANNES NUENNING
With +15-year of experience from creating innovation programs at Deutsche Telekom with hundreds of participants & dozens of NewCos, I now help founders build strategic confidence as a mentor. Doing so at Deutsche Telekom and as being self-employed, I support both \"gonnabe founders\" who happen to still be employed, and founders of startups, to face and solve their strategic challenges themselves. I create a safe space for innovators to open up and reflect on their situation, and help them define their own solution through listening, feedback, and advice. I also facilitate new connections (via my extensive network of innovators from all across Europe). It is my core belief that if you want to innovate, you must support your innovators in the first place. Plus: as innovators are everywhere, we as a society should not overlook any one of them but help them unconditionally. Finally, innovation ecosystems are made by leaders and feeders, where both of which are equally important. In this sense, I like to think of myself as being a leading feeder -).
