Johannes Marten has 20 years of expertise in crisis communication as well as in the positioning of CEOs and top politicians. As Head of Communications and Marketing and as an trusted advisor, he has supported numerous CEOs and board members from different industries in the development and communication of strategies, the implementation of change processes, the balancing of different stakeholder interests, and in media relations. On top of that, Johannes has years of practical experience in leading large teams. He started his career at Europe\'s largest media brand BILD, where he worked as a reporter and editor for business and politics. During that time, he interviewed numerous CEOs and top politicians. In 2005 he switched to the communications industry and from then on used his exceptional ability for storytelling and the intelligible communication of complex topics in CEO consulting. He worked as communications manager for Allianz/Dresdner Bank and Deutsche Bank. Most recently, Johannes was Global Head of Group Communications, Marketing and the Executive Board Office at LBBW for five years. Under his leadership, the company won prestigious awards, e.g. the Gold \"Effie\" and awards from the Art Director Club. Johannes is engaged in a variety of social and cultural activities. Among other things, he is Deputy Chairman of the International Bach Academy in Stuttgart.
