I’m a passionate engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience building and modernising complex software systems across mobility, rental, and startup environments.At SIXT, I lead a cross-functional backend team of engineers, QA, and support specialists, driving the evolution of the company’s rental customer journey platform. I’m committed to achieving our goals no matter what it takes — even taking on multiple roles simultaneously, like serving as both Engineering Manager and Technical Product Owner — to ensure projects succeed and teams thrive. My focus is on creating scalable, reliable architectures, improving developer experience, and fostering a culture of ownership and quality.Before that, I rebuilt large parts of SIXT’s website infrastructure on AWS, and earlier led software innovation at edding’s future lab, Prismade Labs, where we developed patented printed-electronics technology.I enjoy bridging business goals with technical execution, mentoring engineers, and shaping systems that stay robust long after the code is written.
