I help real estate developers connect with capital—and help investors find serious, high-quality projects.Through my company, I work closely with developers, asset owners, and capital partners to support capital strategy, prepare investor materials, and make direct introductions to aligned funding sources and strategic partnerships.Most of the work I do is in the $50M–$1B+ range, and includes asset classes such as hotels, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, data centers and other large-scale developments. I support with everything from early-stage positioning and feasibility studies to investor connection and meeting coordination.Recent work includes projects in prime markets of the U.S, Europe and the Middle East where I’ve helped development teams get investor-ready, and in front of serious capital.I focus on building long-term relationships with developers, investors, and other professionals who value clarity, trust, and follow-through.
