Trained in the Community Organizing Policy and Administration (COPA) side of the Social Work field, I am actively looking for an opportunity to create real change in how an organization or a company grows and expands what they do. My passion is in helping to develop a great work environment, where everyone involved has the opportunity to fulfill their individual potentials in order for the organization to maximize its potential.Over the last decade, I have been a central contributor in raising over $21 million for excellent public schools, I\'ve seen the impact of what a highly effective and highly functional system can do for the bottom line of an organization and its mission. That experience has helped to hone a lot of very tangible organizational and operational skills but it has also developed a great set of soft skills tied with people and relationship skills that are equally critical to being an effective leader manager, advocate and professional.I am actively interested in seeking real opportunities to be able to transfer my knowledge and skills to provide the people and organizations I am involved with another set of resources and expertise to help them succeed.
