Our mission to empower women and communities to build financial confidence and literacy directly shapes how I approach design.I work on the website to improve the end-to-end member experience—designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences that are cohesive, accessible, and scalable. I focus on inclusive design and WCAG 2 accessibility compliance, while also managing and evolving our design system. I collaborate on cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals, with a growing focus on service design and how internal processes shape the overall journey.As AI continues to influence and evolve, I leverage AI and generative AI as tools to enhance design—accelerating ideation and supporting research. I also create AI agents that reference trusted, specific content to ensure outputs are grounded in accurate, clean, and well-structured data.
