Career Achievements With over a decade of sales experience, I led Workday’s strategic entry into the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense through a key partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This initiative not only enhanced national security by helping our customers recruit and retain mission-ready talent, but also expanded Workday Federal\'s total addressable market by over 3.5 million workers. Leadership Style My leadership approach is deeply influenced by my experience as an Aid Worker in Nepal after the 2015 earthquakes. Operating in a small, off-the-grid team in extremely tough terrain taught me key principles that I carry into my career: set a standard of excellence, lead by example, tackle tough conversations with candor and kindness, waste no time, and execute with urgency. Believing that everything in my life was given to me on purpose and for a purpose, I embrace the principle of extreme ownership and seek to always exemplify my core values of integrity and stewardship. Personal Passions Outside of work, I’m an avid adventurer and storyteller. I enjoy mountaineering around the world, scuba diving, riding my 900CC Yamaha Bolt to Shenandoah National Park, and competing in The Moth Podcast\'s storytelling competitions in D.C. My passion for adventure, doing hard things, and helping others, drives everything I do, both professionally and personally.

   Serves as the primary strategist and point of contact within the Intelligence vertical, Workday Federal’s highest grossing segment, and successfully manages both net-new and customer base responsibilities. • Workday’s FY25 global top seller at 534% quota attainment.• Completed Activate, Workday\'s leadership development program, in December 2024. • Secured Workday\'s flagship win with the Defense Intelligence Agency, which successfully launched Workday into the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.• Secured a pivotal partnership with a multi-national and early adopting Federal agency (unnamable), which solidified Workday’s credibility as a Federal HR provider and served as a reference for all subsequent deals. • Produced and moderated Workday’s most listened to podcast ever (at time of release), “The ROI of Doing the Right Thing with Belonging and Diversity,” featuring the FBI’s Chief Diversity Officer, which aligned Workday with the Government\'s key initiatives. • Presented to Congressional Funding Committees on behalf of customers to assist in securing out year funding (as well as to the Deputy Director of the IC, the Deputy Director of DIA, and on the customer\'s global town hall on Workday\'s ability to support mission). • Qualifier for FY25 1H Sales Incentive Trip.• Qualifier for FY25 Sales Club. • Workday\'s Education and Government FY24 Q1 AE of the Quarter.• Winner of the FY24 Education and Government “Innovation Idea” contest, which resulted in Workday\'s social media presence growing in influence.• Ghostwrote for Workday\'s C-suite. • Assisted in drafting multiple press releases for Workday Federal and strategic partners. • Collaborated with the marketing team to create 10+ Federal-specific assets, which continue to be utilized by the broader sales team for pipeline generation and development.• Led sales enablement sessions around sales negotiation, building customer trust, and building your internal brand.
