I did my first world tour at the age of 14. A decade later, I had studied at some of Sweden’s leading music institutions, released an album, performed on major stages - and logged far more than those mythical hours. A career change wasn’t part of the plan. But a growing curiosity about leadership, human behavior, and performance led me to studies in psychology and human resource management.That curiosity turned into a long-term commitment to People & Culture. I’ve worked across HR as a consultant, specialist, and leader, often close to the business and its decision-making. I believe strong organizations are built where clear structures, smart processes, and commercial priorities go hand in hand with trust and accountability - enabling people to perform, scale, and deliver results sustainably.
