ABOUT JOHANNA DRUEN

In every role as a teacher, counselor, and teacher leader, I have leveraged data to modify lessons, design interventions, develop small counseling groups, and write school-wide and programmatic improvement goals. I am trained in backward design and love delving into disaggregating data to identify strengths and weaknesses. I have served on multiple leadership teams, No student is beyond hope. In addition to my classroom and counseling roles, I have 10 years of experience as a college instructor, both in person and online, in composition and gender studies. Additionally, as a life coach, I lead clients to overcome life blocks such as childhood trauma or current unhealthy relationships to be able to grow and heal emotionally. I also present life coaching tools to small and large groups. As a consultant, I help non-profit, education, and corporate clients design and achieve their organizational goals, review their mission and vision statements to align with their current trajectory, data analysis, problem-solving, and program design. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams and organizations, and I am always eager to learn and grow. Using the concepts of The Work by Byron Katie, I help clients challenge norms and \"we\'ve always done it this way\" thinking to move into more effective solutions and goals. With a unique set of experiences and strengths, I can help you no matter the goal.
