What do you consider to be the most challenging aspect of the pharmaceutical industry? How has your organization achieved success in a virtual world?My established relationships with physicians and staff have enabled me to continue quality face-to-face time, even throughout the pandemic! I promote a growing portfolio of innovative pharmaceuticals in Oncology, Neurology, Urology, Cardiovascular, Pain Management, Allergy, Immunology, and Women\'s Health. Perhaps one of the most inspiring aspects of my work is helping patients and their families. Fostering relationships inside and outside a clinical setting has allowed me to rank #1 in the nation in volume,#2 in the nation for vials shipped, and receive nearly a dozen awards. Some of my successes include:$3.7M sales growth in the geographic area obtained by navigating the institutional formulary approval process and educating customers on the appropriate use of products. Named #1 territory in the nation by maximizing account performance by aligning appropriate solutions, messaging, and stakeholders; understood multiple interdependencies within an account, considered customer treatments goals and needs.233% goal attainment found through onboarding and product and competitor training for a team of nine; asked to take on the additional role of Trainer in 2018.
