ABOUT JOHANNA RAPP
I’m driven by the belief that entrepreneurship can and must be a force to radically rethink our economic systems and co-create prototypes for regenerative, equitable futures. As Managing Director and Steward Owner at Impact Hub Munich and co-initiator of Impact Hub Traunstein – a prototype for collaborative entrepreneurship in rural Germany – I’m working with others to build spaces where communities can explore, test and grow new ways of doing business.Together, we co-develop programs like New Roots for Mompreneurs, Zeug zum Gründen, Startrampe and UNLOCKED, challenging the status quo and supporting people to turn ideas into ventures with real impact.I’m passionate about the how: experimenting with structures, cultures and ownership models so that organizations themselves become tools for systemic change – not just the products or services they create.Rooted in intersectional feminism, restorative practices, collective leadership and a culture of respect, kindness and radical optimism, I love creating spaces for hands-on collaboration, shared learning and joyful experimentation. For over 20 years, Impact Hub has been a hands-on pioneer in this field – a self-owned collective hosting an entrepreneurial community of changemakers across 120+ Hubs around the globe. Locally rooted, globally connected.
