ABOUT JOHANNA JJ HRYCAK
Armed Forces Covenant advocate. Policy, planning, change management and implementation within local authorities, NHS Trusts and the wider statutory, private and third sector settings. I\'m still serving with 26 years experience in the British Army. Military spouse & mum to 4 kids, one of whom in the RNR. My commitment to, and passion for the Armed Forces, and all who serve in her is evident by the role I have played in bringing together the Armed Forces community regionally, including NHS primary care services, forces friendly employers, charities and statutory services. Together we help others navigate and access the complicated world of statutory and third sector support. The Armed Forces has shaped me, and I am committed to shaping the future of delivery for those who serve, have served and their families. I deliver Mental Health England\'s \'Armed Forces Mental Health First Aid\' courses to those in my AoR whose work might bring them into contact with the Armed Forces community. Always happy to hear from and connect with those who have a shared passion for this important and growing work stream.
