Johanna Cranitch is a Grammy-nominated vocalist, songwriter, composer, and creative executive working across film, television, and global advertising.She began performing professionally at 11 with the Sydney Opera Chorus, later earning her degree in jazz with first-class honors, and moving to New York to work at NOLA Recording Studios.As a touring musician, she has performed with The Cranberries and Nina Persson of The Cardigans, and has produced vocals for artists including Ziggy Marley and Louise Post.She has held senior creative roles at Barking Owl Sound and MassiveMusic, leading projects from concept to final mix for brands including Apple, Jeep, Toyota, Lexus, ESPN, State Farm, Macy’s, and Vogue.Her film scoring credits include Billy Idol: Should Be Dead, Takin’ Care of Business, and If These Walls Could Rock, with premieres at Tribeca, TIFF, and DOC NYC.In 2026, she co-founded Little Beast with Matt Drenik to create a company where originality is protected and artists are empowered.
