As a member of GC & E Operations, works in close partnership with the GC & E Leadership and other colleagues, to support the creation of a long-term strategic plan to manage and support the department’s risk assessment and monitoring programs.• Responsible for managing the annual risk assessment and monitoring program life cycle, including but not limited to: o Providing needed tools and resources to effectively identify and assess risk (e.g, system updates, data analytics) o Working collaboratively with local compliance teams to understand and prioritize risks that support them in creating meaningful risk-based monitoring plans o Support mitigation and corrective action planning as needed o Working closely with GC & E Leadership to provide trends and insights o Continuously assessing and process improvements and system enhancements• Work closely with compliance teams to provide needed data analytics in support of global, regional, and local trends and insights.• Work with GC & E Operations team to assess and implement enhancements to the monitoring program, through systems and process improvements and automation. • Responsible for the strategy and execution of the Procure to Pay (P2P) monitoring program• Ensure complete and accurate work papers are documented and archived appropriately.• Develop remediation and mitigation actions as requested, and work to continuously improve risk and monitoring programs. • Support systems and user acceptance activities.• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions (e.g, Compliance, Procurement, Global Internal Audit, Finance. Legal). • Manage external vendors• Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
