ABOUT JOHANN DESOUZA
I was a part of the firmwide learning team at EY, where I helped in the execution of an annual 6-month leadership program for senior leaders. I worked with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth execution. My role involved managing training for Partners and Directors, working with industry speakers, and maintaining stakeholder relationships for program success.Prior to this, I worked as an HR intern for 8 months in the Learning & Development department. My responsibilities included coordinating and organizing training sessions for employees, managing vendors, analyzing data to track employee training progress, and identifying areas for improvement. I also coordinated with multiple stakeholders for a top manager recognition program.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier\'s College, Mumbai.
