I am passionate about sustainable operational excellence, looking at solutions and innovation to help organisations develop a targeted roadmap to deliver continuous margin improvement in a sustainable manner. Having worked in Senior Leadership roles in Operations within the FMCG and manufacturing sector for the past 2 decades, I bring a wealth of experience within the operational arena and profession. My experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Project Management is combined with a leadership style that encourages innovation, team development and coaching. I firmly believe that with adequate Direction and Support, every team within my remit is able to succeed and fulfil the Business Objectives, usually with exceptional outcomes due to an effective communication style from Shop Floor to the Boardroom. Specialist departments during my tenure: Logistics & Supply Chain, Warehousing, Production, Packaging & Dry Goods, Engineering, H&S, Waste Management & Ancillary equipment, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Environmental Management. Operations liaison for all customers, related suppliers and 3rd Party Labour Providers, including contract negotiations.
