Issuing yellow and red card warnings where appropriate. I believe in fair working environments and expect that all operatives are completing their RAMS and following on site procedures to minimise and avoid near misses. Leadership With many years of leadership experience, I have developed a strong team focused work ethic that reinforces open communication, autonomy and accountability within my team. I appreciate the need for discretion and confidentiality with both my team and the company, making every effort to manage sensitive situations swiftly and tactfully, sharing information with relevant individuals or departments only.
