I am the team manager of 3 cross functional teams within the Payment Infrastructure Agile Release Train, approximately 30 FTX. I participated in building the teams from scratch and was part of the large transformation initiative when the area went SAFe. The payments infrastructure domain is undergoing massive change with large scale market initiatives like P27, new standard format ISO20022 and several internal strategic initiatives running in parallel.
