I am a Regulatory Leader at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), the leading stock exchange in India and one of the largest in the world. With a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) credential and a post graduate diploma in securities law, I have a deep understanding of the risk and regulatory aspects of the capital markets, wherein I have over 24 years of experience in managing Regulatory compliance, Wealth Compliance, AML and surveillance functions for leading financial institutions.In my current role as the Regional Head, Regulatory, I oversee the regulatory functions of the Western Regional Office and Ahmedabad Regional Office. I ensure compliance with the securities laws and regulations, manage inspections and audits, handle investor grievances, and liaise with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other statutory bodies.
