Proudly working as part of the Vodafone Group RCS Business Messaging (RBM) Product Team to realise the value potential opportunity for brands and enterprises to increase their engagement with customers by making use of a business feature-rich mobile messaging channel. Responsible for global RBM Technical Product Ownership including:[New Product Development] As Technical Product Owner, responsible for the technology development of products and services enabling the Line of Business (LoB) vision and strategy. Providing dedicated support to Partners and internal development & engineering teams for on-going technical queries and campaign management.[Partnership Management] Driving the global Google <> Vodafone RCS Business Messaging (RBM) partnership across 13 Vodafone Operating Companies representing 40m+ consumers.[On-boarding] Full life-cycle support for bringing on new, and supporting existing internal and external Partners to the RCS Business Messaging (RBM) Platform powered by Google.[Product Marketing] Working with Group Commercial and Enterprise Product Managers to develop and execute the product strategy and build brand awareness for RCS Business Messaging (RBM).[New Business Development] Engaging with and on-boarding external brands and enterprise partners to promote and realise the value potential of RCS Business Messaging (RBM).
