Supervising of all Civil Construction activities of Project site in running Manufacturing Plants with all Safety protocols of GRASIM. Supervising of Civil Construction activities of Main Plant Buildings, Control Rooms, Electrical Sub-Stations, Storage Warehouses, Pipe Racks, ZLD Tanks, HCL Tanks & Farms, Chillers, Silos Air Compressors and CoolingTowers within Work permit system and HSE. Reporting & Monitoring of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress, Site & HO Coordination related to Drawings & Documentation, Planning for Execution of civil works as per Site conditions & look ahead Schedule. Checking all QA/QC Inspection Reports & Records, review of ITPs/QAPs, Construction Procedures & Methodology submitted by Contractors as per IS Codes & Civil Specifications. Certification of Bills of Contractors, BOQ & BOM, Bills, BBS, Estimation of quantities and Material Costing. Manpower and Resources allocation to determine Project feasibility & Planning as per schedule.
