About Jo James

I am a licensed massage therapist in Austin, Texas. I help people experiencing bodily pain and tension get unstuck and find their flow. I believe when your muscles move easily, so does your whole life. I founded the Amplified Massage Collective after getting inspired by the work of Lynne McTaggart, who documented miraculous healings in groups of 6-12 people sending focused healing intentions together. The Amplified Massage modality uses the exponential therapeutic power of a group energy field to amplify healing. I earned a degree in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed massage therapy training at the Institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing and Austin Community College.
