Sample customers include Amadeus, Serco, Dow Chemicals, EON, HSBC, Novo Nordisk, Airbus and many more.• Facilitation of internal account planning sessions using Design thinking tools and techniques supported by other methodologies, such as power messaging and Business Model Canvas, as appropriate. • Designed and delivered enablement training for SAP employees at major events such as FKOM and Sapphire to scale Design Thinking techniques, embed an innovation mind-set throughout the organisation and inspire our customers. • Re-invented SAPs traditional Value Proposition documents into an interactive, graphically rich digital format
