I’m excited to share that I’ve been promoted into the role of Chief Information Officer for the NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. Since beginning my IT career in I’ve had the privilege of serving across several state agencies: including the Departments of Transportation, Commerce, Administration, Military and Veterans Affairs, and the State Ethics Commission. Over the years, I’ve focused on modernizing systems, strengthening cybersecurity, and leading large-scale technology initiatives that make government services more efficient and accessible. Highlights include co-launching the InterScope+ platform, implementing the new PARCS system, extending infrastructure to the new DHHS campus, and successfully relocating an entire state agency into a brand-new facility with a fully modernized network. My passion has always been using technology to solve real problems, empower teams, and create value for the people of North Carolina. As CIO, I’m committed to delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that move our mission forward.
