I’m a Finance and Marketing major at Ohio University, member of the Ralph & Luci Schey Sales Centre, member of Theta Chi Fraternity with a passion for building relationships that create growth — whether that’s through leadership, or day-to-day teamwork.My leadership journey started outside the classroom. As Social Chair of Theta Chi Fraternity, I learned to create meaningful experiences by managing event budgets, coordinating vendors, and strengthening connections within our community. That same focus on organization and communication carried into my work in the Landscaping industry, Where I served as both Crew Leader and Yard Manager.Leading crews, managing inventory, and tracking budgets taught me how to think strategically about time, cost, and teamwork. Whether I was organizing events, operating heavy machinery, or planning logistics, I was learning how to lead with efficiency, build trust, and make smart financial decisions.I\'m motivated by understanding people, helping them, and finding ways to bring them together. My goal is to take those relationship-building and financial management skills into a career where I can continue connecting with others and creating value, whether that’s in finance, or business and personal development.

   Creating and lead a committee of 10 members to plan, organize, and execute events for 70+ members, Bringing strong relationships within the Fraternity, and across campus organizations. Created an easier way to manage the fraternities budget, allocating funds across multiple events to ensure cost efficiency and maximum member engagement.
