Appointed by CIO to leverage my interpersonal skills and ability to communicate value across organizational boundaries, build creative programs, and lead cross-functional teams and projects. So far: • Conceptualized digital citizen certification program. Teamed with HR to develop certification levels and LinkedIn Learning requirements. • Built the Innovation Hub as a centralized location for learning and to highlight citizen innovation across the business to inspire others. Partnered with Corporate Communication on branding and imaging. • Starting an Innovation Monthly podcast to explore successes, opportunities, and citizen development technologies. • Hosted the company’s first Hackathon.
