Oversees 5 Clinics in establishing controls with clinic directors to manage and monitor operations and capital budgets • Ensures company standard as a high-quality provider through implementation of quality systems, onsite • Analyzes monthly financial data and provides input to the Regional Director of Operations. • Collaborates with Clinic Directors to identify and address regional training needs. • Interviews and assists in the selection of each Clinic Director candidate for his/her specific region. • Works closely with RDO to solve facility financial and operating issues, including PPD, and labor costs • Develops Clinic Directors and any support staff to their fullest potential • Reviews and encourages appropriate actions regarding issues of staffing, wage increases, performance reviews, surveys, etc. in accordance with the appropriate levels of approval/authorization. • Monitors adherence to company programs and expectations of clinics within assigned region • Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required within or outside of assigned division • Ensures that employees are adequately oriented and trained to perform their duties. Assists and encourages employees in developing their skills and self-confidence. • Sets meaningful individual objectives and specific job expectations. • Periodically reviews employee performance and makes recommendations as needed • Establishes and maintains effective two-way communication to understand the business needs and concerns of employees. • Recommends changes in policies and/or practices to Human Resources wherever employee needs are not being met. • Assists in developing and updating facility procedures and policies • Participates in department budget planning and supplies monthly report to RDO or Chief Operating Officer
