ABOUT JOEY VICTORINO
I am a Human Resources professional that loves to engage and communicate with others. From speaking in front of a crowd to communicating with someone personally, I genuinely enjoy being able to bridge relationships within organizations. I love exchanging ideas with people from different backgrounds, just as I love collaborating with them to achieve something great for an organization and all its employees. With two years of experience in HR under my belt, I have also obtained my Post-Baccalaureate diploma in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University to further my theoretical knowledge in the field. I aim to obtain my CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation and gain more valuable work experience in Human Resources. My strengths include my capacity to communicate effectively, my experience in public speaking, and thanks to my undergraduate Philosophy degree, my ability to think critically.
