About Joey Sankman

I have worked on a variety of analog and power integrated circuits, in large teams of over a dozen designers working together across geographies on custom battery management parts, as well as in small teams focusing on high-performance R&D parts. I have taken several high risk research projects from Kilby Labs into products released to market. Several of these are detailed below.In Kilby Labs, my work has focused on industry-leading nanopower analog and power products. A key products is the LDO TPS7A02, TI\'s lowest IQ product (25nA at no-load) supplying up to 200 mA. A second highlight is the nanopower voltage reference, REF35 (680nA at no-load), which has TI\'s lowest combination of IQ and noise.My PhD research focused on integrated energy management. This includes energy harvesting, ultra-low-power circuit design, high-performance PMICs, and envelope tracking for base stations.I currently serve on the ISSCC power subcommittee.
