As President and Head of Operations of Five Star Valet, Joey serves as the primary contact person for development, site recommendations, cost proposal, program implementation, and account maintenance. He personally sets up the logistics of all field operations and provides direct supervision to the valet staff. He is also responsible for the quality assurance and control aspects of the services. Joey\'s experience as the head doorman at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples FL. has given him the applicable working knowledge and skills necessary to provide a superior level of service to the clients of Five Star Valet. He has taken these standards and applied them to our clients. Leadership is the innate quality that Joey has been able to leverage successfully throughout the business. As the President of Five Star Valet, he oversees and manages all operations. All management and valet related activities, procedures and policies are his sole responsibility. As a certified valet trainer he appoints and oversees all training activities.
