Being a caddie is very important when guiding your player throughout the course which allows me to create strategic thinking and attention to details, from assisting with club selection to reading greens. Being a caddie doesn’t just strengthen my problem solving and strategic thinking but it enhances my communication and interpersonal skills, i must effectively convey advice and build relationships with the golfer. These skills are not only crucial on the golf course but also valuable in any professional setting, making my experience as a caddie an essential part of my personal and professional growth.
