Perform maintenance of cell site base stations within assigned orbit.• Responsible for carrier growth as assigned, and turn up new sites during implementation process.• Work trouble tickets on daily basis, and clear alarms as needed.• Perform testing, acceptance, and analysis of DS0, T1, T3, and ETTC circuits, including: Net-Analyst remote T1 diagnostics, Microwave, SONET systems, CSU, Carrier access T1 interface devices, Cisco-MWR2941/901 Ethernet to cell solutions, Nokia BTS digital Cross- connects and physical cross connects utilizing appropriate test equipment.• Keep a close eye on network elements and stats generated by OSS and performance Engineers.• Responsible for Nokia GSM Ultra cells, Ericsson WCDMA Node B. Ericsson LTE Node E, Ericsson 884 TDMA, and LUCENT series 2 TDMA base stations.• Maintain spares, returns, and site audits with Cats scanner system, as well as perform on call duties by scheduled rotation.• Perform tower light verification, annual preventive maintenance and FCC audits on a mandated order.• AT & T regulatory group compliance assistant for North MS.• Additional products and test equipment include: Harris Constellation licensed microwave radios, Power wave, CCI, Hitachi,(MCPA) amplifiers, True Position GPS location systems, Emerson-ELTEK DC power systems, Tektronix site OTDR Anritsu Site Master S331e, Midtronics battery tester and AEMC ground resistance testers.
