Draft and perform qualification test plan based on EIA standards for high speed electronics connector including electrical, mechanical and chemical exposure test. Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment ranging from humidity chamber, micro ohmmeter, salt spray chamber etc. Communicate with design engineer to troubleshoot and diagnose product failure to configure the appropriate test specification, procedure and method to determine root cause of the issue. Manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize specific test plan based on availability of the test equipment
