I serve Jesus by shaping an economy where families can thrive and everyone has the opportunity to contribute and belong.With 6+ years of economic development experience at Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), I help lead the region’s efforts to grow a resilient, inclusive economy across Spokane County. My work focuses on strengthening the regional economic ecosystem through business recruitment, business retention and expansion, strategic partnerships, and collaborative regional initiatives.I oversee the implementation of Spokane County’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), also known as THRIVE Spokane, which brings together public, private, and nonprofit partners to align around long-term economic priorities for the region. I also help manage our role as Spokane County’s Associate Development Organization (ADO) through our partnership with the Washington State Department of Commerce.In addition to regional strategy work, I support the growth of local entrepreneurs and small businesses. I help lead the Spokane Inclusive Business Catalyst (SIBC), an accelerator program connecting underrepresented founders with mentorship, capital, and the relationships needed to grow their businesses.Much of my work sits at the intersection of economic strategy, partnerships, and ecosystem building—connecting businesses, communities, and institutions around shared opportunities for regional growth.
