Extensive use of Power BI and Tableau for reporting across multiple IT and System portfolios-Provide central / month end reporting of project delivery performance across the P&P area within Enterprise IT using data from multiple sources-Review reporting and project KPI’s, providing analysis and insight to inform improvement and / or corrective activities-Provide guidance on the P&P report cycle expectation and provide support to the wider PMO and P&P team-Production and review of P&P / PM & C reporting and dashboards at portfolio level -Provide insight and analysis of data and reporting to support Portfolio Delivery Leads, Programme and Project Managers in delivery -Manage / facilitate the key P&P Reviews. Activities will include: review/stakeholder scheduling, agenda agreement, pre pack assurance review, review facilitator and action tracking/distribution-Support the Head of P&P PMO with ad hoc reporting / data requests -Support On-Boarding and training of new starters on P&P Reporting expectationsProvide guidance and support to other members of the team-System & data analysis and continues improvement
