Making suggestions to help enact and enforce company policies, always maintaining an active awareness of the situations.Training incoming security officers of the proper opening and closing procedures and how to utilize the computer and camera systems. Also providing training on how to view, record, and report incident as they occur. Training seasonal security staff on the coverage of the metal detectors at the entrance of The Magical Forest, while supervising their performance and customer interactions. Evaluating the security officer’s interactions with customers, clients, and staff in an appropriate manner.Responding to the unusual and emergency situations as they present themselves. Resolving situations in a timely and effective manner through communication. Escorting those who need to be escorted off property or calling for the proper authorities when needed. Monitoring the camera system throughout the property. Maintaining and monitoring the first aid kits and fire extinguishers stationed on the property.Patrolling property while ensuring the integrity of the perimeter is intact. Report any repairs and improvements needed to fortify and demonstrate the presence of security to deter the would-be predator.
