Locate and recruit potential engineer talent utilizing referrals, job postings, internet searches, careers fairs, networking events, and college resources.•Responsible for assisting in business development by setting meetings, generating leads, networking, and attending client meetings and outings.•Screen and place candidates according to position requirements utilizing phone and internal interviews, reference / background checks, and technical screens. I am responsible for negotiating contract terms including compensation rates, duration, and responsibilities. I also review, critique, revise resumes and coach candidates through the interview process. Once a placement has been made, I focus on fostering and maintaining contractor / consultant relationships through weekly correspondence, payroll assistance, monthly lunches, and constant client relations.
