Joe Whitchurch is a seasoned strategy, analytics, and innovation consultant with over 20 years of experience in various customer experience and product leadership roles. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Doodle Enterprises, a boutique consulting firm that helps clients improve their business performance, customer satisfaction, and innovation capabilities.Before launching Doodle Enterprises, Joe was the Head of Customer Product and Innovation at Mission Lane, where he led the development and launch of new products and features for the fintech company. He also spent 17 years at Capital One, where he spearheaded multiple product and technology innovations, such as CreditWise, a big data product that received industry awards and patents, and the conversion experience for millions of customers. Additionally, Joe is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and the start-up ecosystem. He is a board member and mentor at Lighthouse Labs, a top-ranked seed accelerator, and advises several start-ups in the data security and authentication space. Joe holds an AB in Psychology from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Richmond with his family and dogs.
