ABOUT JOE VESCIO
With 13 years of experience in software engineering, Agile transformation, and technical leadership, I have successfully guided teams through complex projects, optimized processes, and driven business impact. I started as a developer, progressing through senior roles and gaining expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, front-end frameworks (jQuery, Angular), and back-end technologies (.NET Core, Entity Framework code-first). Over the last six years, I have focused on Agile leadership, coaching teams to refine workflows, standardize best practices, and enhance collaboration—ultimately improving team velocity and fostering a positive, engaging work environment. One of my key contributions is ADOtoTimesheet, a side project that facilitates the recycling of time entered in ADO and creates a timesheet ready to be submitted to our financial system. Over the last 4 years, I have continuously added user-rich features which are both easy to use and reduce the complexities involved with creating timesheets.
