Assisting the Controller in overseeing and controlling the operations of the Accounting Department.|-Provide training / guidance to team members on best practices, processes in a Service Organization as well as guide team members on the completion of business-as-usual functions or ad-hoc non-routine tasks.|-Preparing monthly Financial Statements such like Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements to be submitted to CFO.|-Manage the Accounts Payable team members in executing the Invoice booking to payments processes.|-Takes on non-routinary tasks on implementations of new tools for accounting and finance, also sudden changes and enhancements in the ERP system, and providing recommendations for process improvements and ensure its on time completion.|-Preparing & reviewing various nancial reports as assigned by the Controller and CFO.|-Perform variance analysis for various operations related Profit and Loss monthly results and overall Trial Balance positions.|-Responsible for routinary tasks like inventory reconciliation and reporting, preparation and reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subsidiary ledgers, reviewing month-end reports of various sub entities, etc.|-Preparing various reports for Banks on a monthly basis.|-Researching and recommending ‘best practices’ processes to improve overall operational efficienciesVariance analysis and investigation|-Support/step in and work through any financial task within the department|-Participating in changes in implementation /upgrade of corporate accounting systems, forms and documentation|-Providing backup support for the Controller during vacation periods|-Motivating, leading and coaching accounting team members|-Other projects and assignments delegated by the Controller
