Since then, I’ve rebuilt Solar Bear’s core infrastructure to ensure every lead, project, and dollar is tracked from start to finish.Key Accomplishments:• Significantly improved profitability by designing and implementing workflow automation, job costing controls, and milestone-based billing systems• Built an end-to-end lead tracking pipeline, from lead source to appointment, sale, installation, and final funding—resulting in clear attribution and better ROI visibility• Developed executive dashboards to track lead source performance, rep conversion rates, deal aging, pipeline velocity, and funding health• Reduced payroll leakage and eliminated redundant labor costs by standardizing payroll triggers tied to milestone completions and task accountability• Cut average time-to-install and time-to-funding by streamlining handoffs between departments and automating task creation, status updates, and form submissionsRole & Responsibilities:• Architect and manage CRM and project tracking eco-system with integrated workflows for lead intake, sales reporting, project execution, service management, and funding• Deploy automation to eliminate manual data entry, ensure data authenticity, and push real-time alerts across departments• Oversee financial automation including invoice generation, funding milestone triggers, check disbursements, and payment status tracking using QuickBooks• Design and manage service intake systems that triage warranty vs. non-warranty issues and reroute manufacturer-related claims to vendors like Enphase or SolarEdge• Own SOP development across sales, service, payroll, and finance—ensuring scalable, auditable, and repeatable processes throughout the company
