My litigation practice focuses on Insurance Defence, Professional Negligence, Banking and General Commercial Disputes. This includes Personal Injury Defence, E&O defence work, Professional Disciplinary Matters, Coverage Opinions, Fraudulent and Counterfeit Actions, S. 437 Bank Act Matters, Contractual Breaches, Fiduciary Duties, Oil Field Pipeline Failures, Large Fire and Construction Losses and Substantial Real Estate Litigation.I have conducted numerous trials and Applications in our Court of Queen\'s Bench in addition to a number of appearances in Alberta\'s Court of Appeal. I am a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution and I regularly represent clients in Judicial Dispute Resolutions, run by a Court of Queen\'s Bench Justice and Professional Mediations. While these have been mostly conducted in Alberta, I have also appeared and represented clients in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
