In my current role as Director of CRM Marketing at Chewy, I own the outbound marketing channels for 20M+ pet parents, spanning billions of messages annually. Before Chewy, I led a 30+ person global messaging team at GoDaddy, driving hundreds of experiments & optimizations, while driving channel expansion into SMS and WhatsApp as two-way channels across 15+ global markets. And before that, I ran a high-volume email program at Bath & Body Works - delivering 12B+ emails per year to over 20M customers with surgical segmentation and a relentless test-and-learn culture that drove measurable double-digit lifts in engagement and sales.
