   Role: Creates and enhances written communications and forms to support Small Business Lending customers through product lifecycles, from application and booking, to account closure.Accomplishments:• Led business solution development for transitioning manual documents to DocuSign in order to improve loan completion rate, developing a process map to enable ADA compliance and automation of customer data pre-fill fields. • Spearheaded and performed major customer agreement update to incorporate financial crimes clauses for customer accounts. This update required project leading digital teams, and design and print vendors in order to provide an integrated communication of agreements and notifications across print, web, and statement message channels. • Developed and published Control Procedures to address Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), ensuring document adherence to strict Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory policies in order to comply with federal regulations and brand standards.• Developed complex Risk adverse action letter suite, ensuring the various customer awareness points and credit rights were communicated accurately and not conflated. High complexity was due to multiple derogatory sources and the many to many relationships that exist within the business entities and their guarantors.• Contributed to Business Continuity Planning, evaluating operational viability and impact to business in the case of a significant disruption.• Collaborated on Tableau dashboards development, publishing current interest rates for SBL products.
