   Express Scripts Sr. Project Manager 06/14 - Present• Managed all aspects of projects throughout their life cycle. The projects ranged in scope & complexity with budgets from $200k to over 5M. Projects impacted areas such as government compliance, PA governance, adjudication, business reporting, GCN expansion & enhanced search capabilities. PMI principles were applied extensively to achieve success. Johnson & Johnson Sr. Project Manager 03/14 – 05/14• The objective of the Xi’an Mfg. Plant Relocation project was to implement a PMO to provide governance over the projects required to build a manufacturing plant in China & decommission the existing facility.• MS Project Server 2010 was used to link critical items across work streams & provide program level reporting. CareFirst Sr. Project Manager 08/13 – 02/14• With an objective of migrating all PBM processing to CVS\'s RxClaim application, I managed 3 teams focused on data migration, benefit plan & business team support. Successful implementation, 01/01/2014. CVS Caremark Sr. Project Manager 06/11 – 12/13• The goal of the Aetna Migration program was to move all PBM processing into CVS’s RxClaim application. • Due to the volume of Aetna’s BoB, 17 overlapping work tracks were created, targeting select groups, to achieve an orderly transition. • Custom application enhancements were delivered to support program requirements, such as a parallel processing suite that reduced run times by 65% that enabled comprehensive testing w/o exceeding budget & schedule constraints. CVS-Caremark Sr. Project Manager 12/10 – 06/11• Leading a team of 30 globally distributed practitioners, the objective was to provide integration, performance & regression testing of 17 applications supporting the specialty drug division. LoadRunner was used for performance testing. Regression testing employed a scripted approach leveraging existing test cases.
