I’m a strategic advisor to founders and enterprise leaders, helping them design management systems, clarify strategy, develop new capabilities, and scale with intention.I bring an entrepreneurial, operator’s perspective shaped by building and leading RevUnit from incubation to exit. As Founder & CEO, I guided the company through rapid growth, multiple buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, and delivered on complex strategy, design, and technology transformations for some of the world’s most influential companies. I’ve lived firsthand the challenges leaders face while scaling, and while operating at scale.After my exit, my family and I took a two-year sabbatical, sailing more than miles navigating storms, equipment failures, and extreme isolation in pursuite of adventure.
