As a recruitment and training professional with 17 years of experience, my passion is providing young people and transitioning veterans the professional development tools needed to seize opportunities in order to grow their careers. My experience ranges from high volume and full life cycle recruiting, early ID and campus recruiting strategy, programming and execution, recruitment branding and marketing, and corporate training for a startup hospitality company, to career coaching and mentorship. Of these roles, campus recruiting and mentorship have been the perfect combination of my professional passions. In my current role, I support intern recruiting for EY\'s CPA track exploratory internship.Additionally, my latest venture is starting Santulli Career Coaching Services, LLC.
