About Joe Sandin
As my father-in-law always says,\"Success and failure in life is determined more by mental attitude than mental capability\". I am a very positive and optimistic person in life, and I carry that attitude into the work that I do at Onsharp. For more than 25 years, I have been living the small business dream, and it\'s a dream because it gives me the flexibility to focus on my #1 priority. my family. I try to surround myself with people who are also positive and supportive, because we could all use a few more people lifting us up rather than pulling us down. While I have a lot to learn still in my young career, I enjoy helping others start new companies and I hope that I can steer them in the right direction based on my past successes and failures. I often say \"everything in life is relative\", because we all bring our own perspective to each situation. Rather than giving an opinion or telling someone what to do, I think it\'s more effective to tell a story and articulate how you made a decision in a similar situation and then let that person decide for themselves how they should proceed in their own situation.Life is too short to live each day doing anything other than what you love. If you feel \"stuck\" in life or in your job, don\'t be afraid to take a risk and go after your dreams. I tell everyone at Onsharp when they start here that if someday they wake up and decide that there is something else out there for them, they should go after it. I will be their biggest supporter.
