Within the “Channels Engineering” department, my team and I are responsible for the sustainable development and operation of the digital Consumer IT sales and service platforms. These primarily include the following “building blocks”- Customer Identification- Personalization (Customer Data Platform / CDP)- Product Catalog / Product Information Management (PIM)- Content Management System (CMS)- Sales Engine / Sales Middleware- Sales & Service APIs (Microservices)- Order ManagementIn addition, the department provides the following services for the “Consumer IT” domain- Enterprise Architecture- Cyber Security ConsultancyThrough these efforts, the department ensures the secure and reliable operation of our digital services for private customers. By adopting a hybrid workforce model composed of internal experts, external partners, and internal service centers, we take a holistic approach to aligning business requirements, technological developments, organizational conditions, and employee potential.

Als IT Manager sehe ich mich als gleichberechtigten Business-Partner, der durch langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung nachhaltiger IT-Lösungen die Brücke zwischen Technologie und den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens schlägt.Die Verbindung von Business- und IT-Zielen ist nicht immer nahtlos. Mein Ansatz besteht darin, ausgewogene Lösungen zu entwickeln, die die Anforderungen aller Stakeholder berücksichtigen und somit zum Gesamterfolg des Unternehmens beitragen.Für mich endet die Verantwortung nicht mit der Einführung einer IT-Lösung. Ich folge einer \'You built it, you run it\' Philosophie und lege großen Wert auf den gesamten Lebenszyklus von IT-Lösungen. Nur wenn Technologie, Organisation und Menschen effektiv zusammenarbeiten, entstehen Lösungen, die einen echten Mehrwert für Kunden schaffen.Darüber hinaus betrachte ich die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und ihrer Mitarbeiter als integralen Bestandteil meines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes. Denn nur so können langfristige Erfolge nachhaltig gesichert werden.
