I am a growth-stage CEO and board-level leader with over 20 years of international experience building and scaling organizations in complex, regulated environments.My background is rooted in commerce, payments, and platform businesses, where execution, trust, and operational rigor are critical to sustainable growth. I have led global teams across Europe, North America, and Asia, with a strong focus on scaling leadership capacity, establishing reliable execution models, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.Previously, as Vice President of Global Customer Success at PayPal, I led an international organization of more than 450 employees and held senior leadership roles across Mid-Market, SMB, and partner-led growth segments. During this time, I helped transform reactive organizations into scalable operating models, built global customer success and partner functions, and supported go-to-market initiatives that delivered accelerated and sustainable growth across multiple regions.Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at eBay, Shopping.com, and Volkswagen, further shaping my perspective on operating at scale, managing complexity, and aligning cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.Today, I bring an execution-first leadership approach, combining organizational scaling, go-to-market effectiveness, and board-level judgment.
